Welcome to the Sowers Reap Blog

Welcome to the blog for Sowers Reap International. We are committed to helping parents and families teach their kids about money in order to become good sowers. In addition, we work with adults to learn budgeting skills that will guide teens on how to spend money wisely and also learn to sow good seeds. God has called us to restore the kingdom system of provision on the earth.

Our first step in doing this was to create a hands-on money game called 2 Sow or Not 2 Sow. It’s a fun, Christian board game that teaches practical money skills. We have also created a workbook, two devotional books and a journal to encourage further discussions about money and personal growth. You will hear about all of this in the coming weeks!

Here is a quick glimpse of the game – We promise we will share more later!

This blog is devoted to discussing topics related to money, banking, investing, and teaching kids as well as teens about financial responsibility and other money topics. More than anything, we want to spark conversations that shed light on what people believe and debunk money myths that many have been lead to believe are Biblical.

God wants to set a foundation of wealth for His believers and to provide truth to his people.  Consider just a few:

  • Proverbs 13:11 “Dishonest money dwindles away, but he who gathers money little by little makes it grow.”
  • Proverbs 17:16 “Of what use is money in the hand of a fool, since he has no desire to get wisdom?”
  • Ecclesiastes 5:10 “Whoever loves money never has money enough; whoever loves wealth is never satisfied with his income. This too is meaningless.”

We are genuinely thankful that you stopped by and cherish how God will lead His mission through each post. Welcome to a God-called journey.

Seated in Him,
